At PrimeCap, we follow a proven six-step process from inception to closing that ensures efficiency in timing and transparency throughout the transaction.  All transactions are underwritten in-house, with constant communication to clients throughout the steps in the process.

    b. Discuss the available capital sources for the project and recommend capital structures that align with these goals.

  • a. Underwrite the project in a format that is straightforward to capital sources.

    b. Utilize the latest technology to measure risk and returns under multiple scenarios and exits.

  • a. Prepare professional investment offerings highlighting the strengths of the project and client.

    b. Prepare clients for frequently asked questions and concerns prior to meetings with capital groups.

  • a. Underwrite and compare competing terms from capital providers while highlighting risk.

    b. Negotiate terms on behalf of the client to achieve the most attractive financing.

  • a. Provide checklist and storage to organize delivery of due diligence items.

    b. Work closely with the sponsor to collect due diligence information for the capital provider and expedite when needed.

  • a. Work with client to address any items needed for closing.

    b. Answer any questions and concerns post-closing.
